All MyoMaster all our products come with a 1-year warranty.
If you have any issue through normal use during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge, provided it can be returned in it's original boxes.
Sending products back to us is free of charge and we will provide a shipping label where required.
Simply email contact@myomaster.com to initiate a claim.
All our orders are typicall delivered within 1-3 business days. If it's taking any longer than that please reach out as your package may have been mishandled by our courier service and we can help chase that up.
