The MyoAir protocol
Everybody's compression protocol will be different but here's some great guidelines to follow to find your sweet spot.
We recommend using the MyoAir 3 - 5 times per week, alongside your training and competition for optimal results.
The MyoAir can deliver 20 mmHg - 250 mmHg. To select the right compression power for you, increase the compression till it's really tight but not painful on your legs, a pressure you can easily sustain for 30 minutes.
We recommend 20 - 40 minutes per session depending on your recovery needs.

How long do I need to wear the boots?
Wear the MyoAir for 20mins - 40mins each recovery session. Ideally after training or before bed.

How often do I need to do this?
Use the MyoAir for 3 - 5 recovery sessions per week, scheduled around your training.
This will give your legs enough exposure to this recovery stimulus
How strong should the compression be?
Set the MyoAir between 150 mmHg and 250 mmHg of compression power on the limb.
This occludes the blood flow to the leg for the required vascular stress.

Are there any medical conditions this benefits?
Compression massage has been shown to beneficial for many medical conditions, especially ones relating to circulatory issues. Always check with a medical professional before using the MyoAir if you suffer from a medical condition.
How long should each session last?
We recommend using the MyoAir for 20 - 30 minutes each session although if you feel like you need more time in them then sessions up to an hour can be beneficial.
How often should I use them?
We recommend using the MyoAir 2 - 3 times every week or alongside your training / competition schedule.
If you taking on a higher training load, attempting to run across America or become the World's Strongest Man like some of our customers are, then we recommend increasing usage to 4-5 times per week.
When will I start noticing the benefits?
You'll start noticing the results right after your first 10 minute session with lighter and easier to move legs, but to get the full benefits you will need to consistently use the MyoAir for 2-4 weeks.
