Referral Ts and Cs

1. About the programme

1. The Refer a Friend programme (the "Programme") is run by MyoMaster ("we", "us", "our").
2. By taking part, you agree to these terms. We may refuse or withdraw participation from anyone who does not comply with them.
3. The "Referrer" is an existing customer who invites a friend. The "Referred Friend" is the person invited.
4. Referrers must hold an active account with us and be aged 18 or over.
5. Referred Friends must be new customers who have not previously held an account or placed an order with us.
6. Referrers may not refer themselves, including by using a second account, email address or payment method.

2. The referral reward

1. When a Referred Friend places a qualifying first order using the Referrer's unique referral link or code, the Referrer will receive a gift card voucher (the "Reward").
2. A qualifying order must have a spend of £499 or more.
3. The Reward is issued once the Referred Friend's order has been dispatched and the 60 day return period has passed.
4. Rewards are sent by email to the address on the Referrer's account.
5. The Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

3. Using the gift card

1. The gift card must be used within 120 days of the date it is issued. Any unused balance will expire after this date and cannot be reinstated or extended.
2. The expiry date will be shown in the email that delivers the gift card.
3. Only one gift card or voucher may be used per order. The gift card cannot be stacked or combined with any other gift card, voucher or promotional code.
4. The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
5. If the order value is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance will be lost.
6. If the order value is higher than the gift card value, the difference must be paid using an accepted payment method.

4. Non-transferable and non-refundable

1. The gift card is personal to the Referrer and is non-transferable. It may only be redeemed by the account holder it was issued to.
2. The gift card cannot be sold, traded, gifted or shared with another person.
3. The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other reward, in whole or in part.
4. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or deleted gift card codes. Please keep your code secure.

5. Returns and refunds

1. If you return an item bought wholly or partly with the gift card, only the amount you paid with your own payment method (the purchase price paid) will be refunded, to that original payment method.
2. The value of the gift card used on the order will not be refunded, reissued or credited back to your account, and no replacement gift card credit will be eligible.
3. Example: you buy an item priced at £50 using a £10 gift card and pay £40 by card. If you return the item, you will receive a refund of £40. The £10 gift card value is not returned.
4. If a Referred Friend returns or cancels their qualifying order before the Reward is issued, the referral will not qualify and no Reward will be issued.
5. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Misuse, changes and general terms

1. Referral links and codes must be shared personally with people you know. They must not be posted on voucher, coupon or deal-sharing websites, or used in paid advertising.
2. We may cancel any Reward, close accounts or refuse future participation if we reasonably believe the Programme has been misused, including fraud, fake accounts or self-referrals.
3. We may change, suspend or end the Programme, or these terms, at any time. Rewards already issued will remain valid until their expiry date.
4. Our decision on any matter relating to the Programme is final, acting reasonably.
