MyoSauna Lux Setup Guide

Your MyoSauna Lux is designed to deliver the ultimate recovery experience. To make your installation simple and stress-free, we’ve created this step-by-step guide covering everything from delivery to wiring.

Step 1: Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is processed, our distribution partner Mango will contact you directly with a confirmed delivery date and time.

Step 2: Book Your Electrician

The MyoSauna Lux requires a professional electrician to wire in the sauna stove safely.

⚡ Key detail: The Lux stove has a 6kW power requirement. Make sure your electrician is aware of this so they can quote and plan properly.

Remember: your sauna must be fully built before the electrician arrives, so get the structure assembled first.

Step 3: Sauna Delivery & Build

When your Lux arrives, it’s time to assemble. You can either:

The build is straightforward with two people. Allow yourself time to work through it carefully for the best results.

Step 4: Electrical Installation

With your sauna fully built, your electrician can complete the wiring. Here’s what typically happens:

1. Check your fuse box

   • Confirm spare capacity and RCD protection for a new sauna circuit.

2. Plan and run the cable

   • Decide the most efficient cable route (through walls, under floors, or outdoor armoured cable).

3. Install an isolator switch

   • A safety isolator switch will be placed near the sauna, giving you full control to switch off the stove when needed.

4. Connect, test & certify

   • The stove will be connected and tested, and your electrician will issue an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC).

Once this is complete, your sauna is ready to fire up.

To get an accurate quote and smooth install, be prepared with:

• Sauna stove details: 6kW power consumption

• Location: garden, garage, basement, or other

• Distance from your fuse box

• Cable route: under floors, through walls, or armoured cable if outdoors

• Fuse box details: age, type, and spare capacity (a photo is really useful)

How Much Does Installation Cost?

For most customers, professional installation of the MyoSauna Lux costs £300 – £500. Some quotes may come in higher (£800 – £1000), but you should be able to find a fairer price with multiple quotes.
