Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase you make from MyoMaster, whether through our website, www.myomaster.com (“the Site”), or by phone with our customer service team (“the Order Line”).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms with MyoMaster Limited (“MyoMaster”, “we”, “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11226168, with our registered office at  65-69, Walton Road, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 0DP. Our VAT number is GB357065978.

Please do not send returns to our registered office. Contact our customer service team first and we will tell you where to send your item.

These terms sit alongside our Website Terms of Use (section 15) and our Privacy Policy. They are available in English only.

2. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images, specifications and descriptions on the Site, in our advertising or given over the phone are a general guide; small variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur.

We confirm that we have the right to sell every product we offer, and that each product will match its description and be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Prices, availability and payment

All products are offered subject to availability. If an item you order is unavailable, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery charges if applicable are added at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown on the Site, or quoted on the Order Line, on the day you order, less any discount we have offered.  Prices are subject to change.  Price matching will not be offered.

If we make an obvious mistake with a price, we'll contact you before dispatching your order to ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. How ordering works

Online. When you click “Confirm & Pay”, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket under these terms. Please check your order carefully before confirming.

By phone. Our team will read your order back to you so you can check it, correct any mistakes and confirm it.

Our contract with you begins when we send you an order confirmation email. We don’t keep a separate copy of your order terms on file, so please save that email for your records.

5. Your personal data

We handle your personal data in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored by us. Full details of what we collect, why, and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout or on the Order Line. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they are delivered to that address, even if you are not there to receive them in person.

Your order confirmation is your receipt.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can try your MyoMaster product for 60 days from the day you receive it. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can cancel and return it within that time for a full refund of the product price. We may occasionally offer a longer trial; if so, it will be clearly stated on the Site, on the Order Line or in our advertising.

To return an item:

  1. Contact customer service at contact@myomaster.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll give you the returns address and instructions.

  3. Send the product back at your own cost or we can arrange return postage for you and charge you a return fee, unless it is faulty or we sent you a substitute.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is sooner.

Charges for extra services, such as build fees once it has been executed, are not refundable.

The trial doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, unapproved repairs or alterations, not following the product instructions, or wear and tear beyond normal trial use.

8. Items that can’t be returned

The 60-day trial doesn’t apply to:

  • products made to your specification or personalised for you

  • products that deteriorate or expire quickly

  • items sealed for health or hygiene reasons, such as massage gun attachments or skincare, once the seal is broken

  • sealed software or recordings once opened

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. For more about your consumer rights, visit www.gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights. We aren’t responsible for the content of external websites.

On some products you can buy an extended warranty at checkout; it works in the same way. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

11. Our liability to you

If something goes wrong with your order, our liability is limited to refunding what you paid for the products, including delivery. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, that weren’t foreseeable when you ordered.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

12. Customers outside the UK

The Site, the Order Line and these terms are designed for customers in the UK and Ireland. Prices are charged in pounds sterling; if you order from elsewhere, your card provider may convert the charge into your local currency.

We may accept orders from other countries, but we can’t guarantee that our products or these terms comply with local laws outside the UK and Ireland. We may decline overseas orders at our discretion.  If you live in Ireland, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of Ireland.

13. Changes, governing law and severability

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
