MyoCalm creates sweet, softly floral steam with ylang ylang, bright bergamot and warm cedarwood—perfect for unwinding at the end of your session. MyoFresh combines cooling peppermint, refreshing eucalyptus and fresh pine for an invigorating, clearing aroma—ideal for contrast therapy and active sauna sessions. MyoClean removes everyday dirt and residue from wooden sauna interiors while leaving behind a warm, sophisticated sandalwood scent. MyoCalm and MyoFresh are made with 100% pure, IFRA-compliant essential oils and contain no perfumes, synthetic solvents or phthalates. Each sauna essence provides approximately 15 doses. What’s included 1 × MyoCalm Sauna Essence, 75 ml 1 × MyoFresh Sauna Essence, 75 ml 1 × MyoClean Sauna Interior Cleaner, 100 ml How to use the sauna essences Shake well before use. Add 5 ml—one capful—of MyoCalm or MyoFresh to every litre of clean tap water in your sauna bucket and stir thoroughly. Gently ladle the diluted mixture onto the hot sauna stones. Never pour undiluted concentrate directly onto the stones. How to use MyoClean Remove loose dirt and debris with a cloth or soft brush. Hold the bottle approximately 10 cm from the surface and spray evenly. Gently agitate using a clean, damp soft sponge, cloth or soft brush. Leave for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
