What is Percussive Therapy?

Percussive therapy is a revolutionary treatment that increases blood flow to the muscle and decreases tension deep within the muscle. What is the battery life on the MyoLite?

The battery life is 7 hours when the device is fully charged. 

What is the battery life on the MyoPro?

The battery life is 3 hours when the device is fully charged. 

What attachments can be used with the MyoLite?

All of our attachments can be used with the MyoLite but this device only comes with four attachments. If you’d like to add on additional heads you can purchase them on our accessories page.

What is the difference between the MyoPro and MyoLite?

The MyoPro is our larger elite level device, it has five levels, reaches 3200 RPM and comes with all eight of our heads. 

The MyoLite is no bigger than an iphone, significantly smaller than the MyoPro, lighter but less powerful. This device is ideal for traveling, taking to races or if you are comfortable with less intensity through your muscles.

What are the specifications of the MyoPro?

The MyoPro has five speed levels meaning you can tailor the intensity of your treatment to suit your body:

Level 1: 1600 RMP

Level 2: 2000 RPM

Level 3: 2400 RPM

Level 4: 2800 RPM

Level 5: 3200 RPM

Battery Life: The MyoPro battery lasts for over 3 hours when fully charged, giving you multiple uses on the go before recharging

Stall force: You don’t have to worry about this, the MyoPro delivers 60lbs of stall force, tested and loved by many of our athletes at World Strongest Man and they’re as strong as they come ?

Removable battery: The MyoPro comes with a removable battery meaning you can travel with the device and recover wherever you are in the world

How will I know how to use the MyoPro and MyoLite?

After you purchase the MyoPro you will be sent a series of video tutorials that will guide you through how best to use each of our unique massage attachments, these are always accessible so you can refer back to them whenever you like.

Order and Delivery Questions

When will I receive my order?

We are currently experieincing a higher than usual volume of orders and we aim to ship you order within 7 to 14 days. If you have any questions about your order please don't hesitate to get in contact with us at contact@myomaster.com

How do I return my order?

Yes any items in full working condition can be returned to us within 60 working days, if you would like to return your order please email contact@myomaster.com and we will organise the return for you. 

Returns will incur a £6.99 restocking fee. This will automatically be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges are free of charge. 

How do I track my delivery?

You will get a shipping confirmation email within a day or two after your order confirmation email is received. You will be able to view your tracking and change delivery times by following the link provided in the email.

If you would like the tracking confirmed or it doesn’t seem clear, then please email contact@myomaster.com with your order number, as we’d be more than happy to take a look for you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Our fulfillment team works really quickly to get your orders picked and packed so we only have a short window where we can cancel an order.

If you get in touch with us via email: contact@myomaster.com (between 9am and 5pm) we will do our very best to ensure this is amended.

Do you deliver to Army Post Office / British Forces Post Office?

We do deliver to APO & BFPO! There are usually weight limits in place for parcels to be accepted by these addresses so once you place your order, it might be helpful for you to drop us a quick message so we can do our best to split your order for you.

Warranty and Money Back Guarantee Questions

How long is the warranty?

All of our products have a two year warranty from the date of purchase.

The MyoMaster Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to MyoMaster-branded products and is given by MyoMasterto the individual purchaser of products from MyoMaster or its authorized retailers and distributors. MyoMaster warrants that the MyoMaster branded products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with MyoMaster’s published guidelines for two years commencing on the original date of purchase of the product by the end-user purchaser. For any warranty issues, please reach out to us by phone or email anytime.

What is not covered?

To have the MyoMaster device or a part repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, purchaser must contact MyoMaster’s Customer Experience Team prior to returning any product for warranty service. MyoMaster will not reimburse purchasers for service performed by others.

Unless otherwise instructed by MyoMaster, the product must be delivered, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the facility specified by MyoMaster.

Please note all warranty returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form.

Before receiving warranty service, MyoMaster will require that purchaser furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with evaluating potential issues, and follow MyoMaster’s procedures for obtaining warranty service. If MyoMaster determines that the problem with the product is not due to a manufacturing defect due to materials and/or workmanship, the product is not properly returned to MyoMaster, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, then the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by MyoMaster necessary to return the product.

MyoMaster reserves the right to change the method by which MyoMaster may provide warranty service, and a product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to country. Purchaser may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in the country it is in.

For service in a country that is not the country of purchase, purchaser will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges.
