Quick FAQs
Is the MyoSauna Nordic for indoor or outdoor use?
The MyoSauna Nordic is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, giving you the flexibility to create a traditional sauna experience wherever suits your space. Its compact, space-saving design makes it ideal for gardens, home gyms, wellness rooms and other dedicated indoor spaces.
How is it delivered?
It's delivered in a protective wooden crate to keep it in perfect condition, and our dedicated delivery team will reach out beforehand to schedule a delivery date that's convenient for you. Please make sure there is clear, wide enough access to get the crate to your chosen location before your delivery date; otherwise, the team will deliver it to the nearest accessible position.
How much does the MyoSauna Nordic cost to run?
The Nordic uses a 6kW electric sauna heater. A typical session, including around 30 minutes of warm-up followed by one hour of sauna use, uses approximately 9kWh of electricity. At an average electricity rate of around 24.5p/kWh, that works out at roughly £2–£2.50 per session.
How long does the MyoSauna Nordic take to build?
Allow approximately 4 hours for assembly. The Nordic is designed to be straightforward to put together and comes with step-by-step instructions to guide you through the build from start to finish.
What power source do I need?
The MyoSauna Nordic needs to be wired directly into your fuse board.
If your electrician has any questions or needs clarification, just send them our way - 020 3835 3567 - we’re available 8am - 8pm seven days a week and happy to help.
How much space do I need around the MyoSauna Lux?
Please leave a minimum of 60cm clearance around the sauna when choosing its position. This allows enough access around the exterior for ongoing timber treatment, maintenance and care.
The sauna should not be installed directly against fences, walls or other fixed structures, as this can prevent the exterior timber from being properly accessed and maintained.

A Note from Joe & Lottie
MyoMaster started with a simple belief: recovery has the power to change how we feel, move and live.
After the 12th major injury of his rugby career, our co-founder Joe Gray was searching for a better way to recover. So he took apart a power drill, welded on a stool leg and built his own recovery tool.
He took it into the Harlequins dressing room, where the laughter quickly stopped once his teammates tried it. When England international Kyle Sinckler reached for his wallet, we knew we'd created something people genuinely needed.
A conversation with his wife Lottie about how many more people could benefit sparked MyoMaster.
We believe recovery isn't just for elite athletes. It's for anyone who wants to move well, feel good and keep doing the things they love for longer.
Today, thousands of people trust MyoMaster for innovative tools, expert guidance and better recovery, every day.
