Extremely sturdy...
I ordered MyoIce Elite and MyoChill+. You can't fault MyoIce Elite, it's big and spacious. I was considering MyoIce Pro but I'm glad I didn't I would have to sit at the bottom of it probably. The lid is losing pressure but I raised it with MyoMaster and they will replace it. Why 4 stars? MyoChill+ won't get lower than 3.5C. Maybe in winter with temptures in single digits it will be able to go lower but running all night with ambient temp 16C it was only able to go as low as 3.5C. Also the app is simple and not custom. Tuya stadard device app. Automation is a bit rubbish. You can set automatation to increase/decrease the temperature but the lowest you can set is 15C. I ended up writing my own script and creating my own app to connect to the chiller and change the temperature to 3C in the evening and 10C in the morning. Apart from it, it's all great and I like the setup. Hopefully it will last.
The product is excellent, when it works. I have an elite bath and chiller and have unfortunately had issues with both unit and lid retaining inflation. Both were resolved eventually with replacement parts being sent but this took much longer and more chasing than it should have. Grace from customer services was helpful and resolved the issue in the end, but after too much persistence from me
Love my MyoIce Elite and chiller. Nice and deep and the chiller is maintaining a steady 7 degrees despite the heat. It was an upgrade from a LUMI pod and I couldn’t be happier. Small issue with the order but MyoMaster were quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Ordered a Myoice elite & Myochill with the Father’s Day discount code so saved a fair bit. It arrived a few days later & only took 20 minutes to set up. I’ve been using it daily & have gradually reduced the temperature down to 7 degrees on the chiller, it holds steady between 7-9 even on the recent 30 degree days we’ve been having in South East England. I absolutely love the rush when you get in (always fully under for about 10 seconds) followed by the buzz as you start warming up when you get out. It will definitely be part of my daily routine going forward, what I also love about the Myoice elite tub is it’s sturdy enough to hold yourself up on the sides & just hang your lower body in, absolute bliss on legs & glutes after a long hard training run. I procrastinated for ages over making the purchase because it is a lot of money but I really think for the build quality & health benefits I’m getting it’s worth every penny, if you’re on the fence like I was stop messing about, take the plunge & get one !!
After purchase customer service was excellent. The MyoIce Elite tub is a great size and chiller that goes with it ahs handled the hot weather very well.
We had a few teething problems setting up our MyoIce Elite and chiller. Chiller was cutting out when reaching temperature, as it should, but not coming back on when the temperature rose back up. We had an email from Micah at Myo and we ran through a few checks on the settings of the chiller and the problem was solved really quickly. Micah was amazing, explaining everything clearly. It was great to deal with just one person from start to finish while we sorted the problem. Thank you Micah!

It’s very sturdy and great for tall people like me! One bit of feedback I have is that it does look like the lid attaches with 3 clips in the photos so it’s a shame it only comes with 2. An extra clip would make the lid more secure. I also have the myo chill which works well when you get used to room temperature dips! Overall very happy with the products.

After managing to get a 15% off discount code I went ahead with the myo ice elite and chiller. Delivery was speedy but annoyingly upon arrival some of the connectors were missing meaning it could not be used. However a quick email to support and Grace was a superstar arranging for replacment connectors to be sent out the same day. Now all connected and working and can't wait to start using!

Happy with the product. Instructions that came with it could be better. The pump pressure guage doesn't work but they are replacing it.
So far so good! Everything came within three days of ordering - the MyoIce, followed by the MyoChill. Very simple set up with lots of bits leftover should you need to adapt to a different ice bath. We’re using epsom salts and sieving any bits we see with a cheap pool net from Amazon after each use. Both of us are using for four mins at 10 degrees, three times per week and feeling great for it 👍🏼 I’m thinking of building a cedar surround to hide it all as it isn’t pretty but it does the job

The most important part of my morning routine is plunging. The mental clarity I get from it is unreal. Any issues or problems I have disappear and help me to regulate the day better. The physical benefits for muscle recovery are also amazing. I have a muscle wasting disease and I’m training every day to rebuild and save my legs from having to be in a wheel chair, the cold just seems to stop the aches and pains. The tub itself is sturdy and strong enough to last. The chiller unit gets the water very cold and it was easy to setup. The large pump provided made inflating super easy.

Ordered MyoIce Elite + chiller and then ordered ozone cleaner, step, mat and thermometer. Amazing comms and feedback during purchases. Bath has been pretty life changing. Have used consistently throughout last year (even during winter), still going strong and I get the post bath buzz for hours every morning. Might upgrade chiller to the new all in one but then again might not as mine still functions perfectly.
I upgraded my Ice Bath set up after using a different make Tub & constantly filling with frozen bottles & frozen ice cream tubs became frustrating & hard to control water temps. I purchased a Myo Elite Tub & Myo Chill & have to say the results are fantastic. I have always plunged daily after making a change in my working life & working from home the last 3 & 1/2 years. I am seeing much better results from my Myo Set Up - I run regularly so recovery is important to me, but I feel it also helps mood, focus & circulation. Being able to control the temp is amazing & being able to plunge in regular cold temps amazing. I also have the Myo Zone Cleaner & use daily - this helps keep the water clean. All in all an excellent set up but also customer service when I wanted to ask some initial questions. Maybe one day I will add a Sauna to compliment the set up. I am also slowly getting my wife involved in plunging - sharing is caring!
