Love this product. I've been using a stinky old chest freezer for over a year and when that went pop recently I decided to Invest in something a bit more reliable. Ordered this on the black Friday sale and was with me on Sunday morning. Easy to put together. Would say that the YouTube tutorial is alot clearer than the paper instructions that come in the box. (Not a moan) But make sure you tighten the filter housing up tighter than it comes in the box as it sprang a small leak after turning it all on. i was initially worried it wasn't going to be big enough as I'm 6,7 but I was very impressed by the size. All in all I love it and can't wait to take the first plunge 👌🏻🥶🧊
I have had my chiller since November 2023 they helped to set it up and also they are always there to help if I get any teething problems great company.
I purchased this Chiller unit in mid April, and from the start it never went as low as it advertised. At first, the lowest it went down to was 8.5 degrees, and then it only got warmer from then on. One morning it was 13.7 degrees while the outside air temp was 11.5! I raised the issue with MYO customer service, and after a month of back and forth, during which I followed their instructions and also sent video evidence, they agreed to ship a replacement. 3 weeks have since passed and there is no sign of the replacement and they have stopped responding to my follow-up emails. Desperately poor service, and a very poor experience. Please would not recommend. Currently considering my options.
What can i say this is next level experiance was so simple to set up and its amazing how it can fit any ice bath. It keeps its temperature really well and i love the fact that i can have an ice bath anytime knowing that its going to be ice cold without the hassel of ice everytime. Would highly recommend this product. Also less hassel of cleaning so often withthe built in fillter.

We have been looking for almost 12 months for a chiller to fit our Lumi barrel. We were over the moon when we discovered Myomaster and their MyoChill. From the order process, delivery and after care the team have been awesome. On our second clean we couldn’t seem to get it pumping again, text the team on a Sunday afternoon and we got a video call back to help. Got the MyoChill for my gyms ice bath, I wanted to invest in something smaller and more compact than the big £3000 chillers and so glad I came to MyoMaster. The MyoChill was simple enough to setup and barely makes any sound, I've got mine indoors but apparently can work outside as well. Would reccomend.

I bought the MyoChill chiller to fit onto a custom made oak barrel ice tub, it came with all the bits to hook up to anything, plugged straight in and took no time at all to setup. I use my ice tub for sciatica relief and it sorts me out for 2-3 days but I also was surprised at how well my anxiety has managed since ice tubbing, I live for it now! I did have a pump failure and MyoChill sent a replacement within 2 days. I’ve had mine on now 24/7 for almost a year and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Great product, great service and I’d buy again.

We tried some troubleshooting with clear instruction to try and resolve it. Unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue so Marion sent a replacement unit. I had a problem with my myochiller recently,I sent an email to Myomaster and they responded very promptly and advised me to do some checks to correct this unfortunately I had to have another myochiller but as it was still in warranty got another one sent through within days,Marion was very good and I was never left wondering if they would respond,I would recommend Myomaster as a company that looks after their clients and this is why I have credited them with 5 *
Really impressed with the customer service from MyoMaster- I had an issue with a leaking filter and had already tried pretty much everything myself (website FAQs really helpful too). Grace was super quick to reply and really helpful. I especially appreciated not having to go through loads of basic troubleshooting I'd already done. We had an issue with our chiller unit (MyoChill) and contacted MyoMaster support. I had a number of emails going back and forth with Grace, in their customer support team, with potential fixes and troubleshooting processes. After trying all the potential fixes the outcome was the unit was faulty and they agreed to replace the unit. No return of the old unit jsut a new unit to be delivered - wow awesome! Grace was really helpful and I have to say the support MyoMaster experience has been great!! thank you MyoMaster!
Got a myochill and it was an ok unit for the price. It never got to 3 Celsius, I’m not sure if it was capable it was more 7-8 over summer. It then stopped working after a few months but the company were very helpful in the warranty replacement which was just over a week to resolve fully.
I am here again, leaving yet another positive review. This time my awesome customer experience was dealt with by Grace. She was helpful in trying to resolve the problem I was receiving and then when the proposed solutions didn’t work she acknowledged the chiller was faulty and is sending me out a replacement. The main reason I decided to upgrade my chiller is because of MyoMasters customer care and here is another example. Thanks MyoMaster and thanks Grace.

I needed a new quick release, I tried to obtain it from a hardware shope but I had no luck. So I emailed MyoMaster and explained the situation, I got a response before the automated response came back!
