We are very happy with our ice bath and chiller. Recent issues with the chiller unit have resulted in a replacement chiller being sent out and we would like to thank Jocelyn for great customer service. The process to initiate replacement was quite involved but she dealt with each stage promptly and efficiently and we are looking forward to being able to use our ice bath again.
The product itself is very good and is at the right price point. I believe the logistics could be improved. Packages were sent in several batches and misleading information on the website led me to believe products were in stock and they were not. Customer service reps were helpful and this has improved since my first purchase from Myomaster. Overall I would recommend
Bought the MyoIce Pro & MyoChiller as a package. Very impressed, feels like quality bit of kit. If I had any complaint it would be that delivery took longer than expected (but was kept informed) and was told the items had shipped together but only one turned up. Customer Services very quickly rectified though. Simple to install and follow the instructions. Overall very pleased
I was Surprised of the quality of the ice bath and the ease of setting it all up. After struggling with leg soreness after training I found the Myomaster ice bath with chiller the best way to aide my recovery. Great product .
We brought the MyoIce and Myochill bundle. Communication regarding my order and delivery times (as some of the order would be split) etc were really helpful. When all the parts for the product arrived setting up was pretty straight forward especially using the video on the website (the one that came with the product not so much). We have used this product on most days and since it arrived last Friday and it is amazing, so refreshing, seemed to be able to focus better during the day, daily aches seem to be easing. I can’t recommend it enough

Myoice & myochill - purchased as a kit, easy to install & fast to get to temp. I went for 7.5oC. Also noticed on previous reviews about getting sent a £6 B&M step rather than the steps in the kit, after complaining & 8 weeks later I got a set - which were broken in transit. Adding chlorine tablets to the tub extends the clean times - sadly on second clean the chiller stopped chilling, it would chill the chiller but not the tub. Very hard to get a resolution, after much debate I managed to get replacement. Huge thanks to Jocelyn who was very helpful through the whole process.
I have used ice baths/ plunge pools for some time now but only recently decided to upgrade to the myoice pro and mini chiller. It has been a game changer. Paired with my traditional sauna, it has become part of my everyday ritual for health and recovery. Pros - product is legit, well built, feels premium etc Cons, or atleast areas or improvement - instructions are a little out of date/different to what actually arrived so needed a little more thought and time to put together. Delivery also wasn’t clear as the myochill was delayed but I wasn’t told this until I contacted myo - got there in the end though!

I decided to upgrade my old tub which was a cheap one and due to the warm weather the water wasn't cold enough. I researched quite a few and eventually bought the Myo Master along with the chiller. I think it's absolutely brilliant. It's easy to set up, very sturdy, the steps are great for getting in and out. The filtered water stays chilled and clean. Great customer service with a welcome email and company contact details if needed (which I didn't need) I think its a good quality product at a very reasonable price.
