Quick FAQs
How much space do I need around the MyoSauna Lux?
Please leave a minimum of 60cm clearance around the sauna when choosing its position. This allows enough access around the exterior for ongoing timber treatment, maintenance and care.
The sauna should not be installed directly against fences, walls or other fixed structures, as this can prevent the exterior timber from being properly accessed and maintained.
Is the MyoSauna Lux for indoor or outdoor use?
The MyoSauna Lux can be used either indoors or outdoors.
How long does it take to assemble?
The MyoSauna Lux can be assembled in under three hours using our straightforward video guides or our build team will build it for you on the day of your delivery (optional add-on).
What power source do I need?
The MyoSauna Lux needs to be wired directly into your fuse board.
If your electrician has any questions or needs clarification, just send them our way - 020 3835 3567 - we're available 8am - 8pm seven days a week and happy to help.
How hot does it get?
The MyoSauna Lux reaches 100 degrees in 15 -30 minutes. You can set the temperature to whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 26 reviews.
Upgraded my crappy steam sauna tent thing and WOW. Myomaster knocking it out the park yet again. Already have the ice bath and chiller so my welness setup is now complete.
Perfect addition to the garden.
Fast delivery and the build service team were fantastic. Great bunch of blokes who helped. Thanks MyoMaster.
This blows my gym sauna clean out the water. It gets so hot and so fast, it's breath taking how good this sauna is. So glad I went with MyoMaster, I tried a friends garden sauna which he had custom built and just didn't get anywhere near these temperatures.
This sauna heats FAST. Within 10 minutes it’s already at a sweat-inducing temperature, and it holds the heat beautifully. I’ve used commercial saunas in gyms, and this honestly feels hotter and more consistent.
Unfortunately we don’t have a great start, with the front panel being delivered with lots of bitumen over it (as the roof covering was in the same box), but customer service dealt with it and has a replacement sent out. Installation video seemed to be out of date as parts didn’t match up, but again customer service answered the questions. Besides those bumps, only other real issue is that after only two months, lacquer on the front of the sauna started to fade away and have been told I just have to follow the introductions to strip all the lacquer and reapply, which is not something you expect to have to do after such a short time. That all said, sauna is great and has become part of my wife’s and I weekly routine for unwinding from the stresses of the day. David Gibbons
Love the myolux sauna and have been enjoying the benefits of it in my garden. Self built and it was pretty straight forward for a diy build. Overall positive and works great . Couple of build issues to mention - the pre drilled hole for the vent was too small so I had to adapt with a hole saw . The wooden surround for the heater was way too big so I had to cut it down - mentioned this to customer service and they were very apologetic and sent a new one but it was the same size (way too big for the space ) so just adapted it myself. And it’s fine. Slight confusion on the build instructions and you tube tutorial as the sauna version I had was slightly different to both the video link instructions and the paper ones ?? Not sure why but was able to figure it out anyways. Only other issue is that after a heavy rainfall it had some moisture inside from the roof but I have added some extra tiles In the relevant area so hopefully all good for the next rain. Finally the external varnish it comes with needs to be removed after six or so months which is quite a big, messy and annoying job and the whole thing needs to be oiled which I had not realised before ordering - I think I would have preferred naked wood and I could have just done the right treatment first time Nathan
I love my sauna Lux and myoice. The quality appears to be good although there was some water ingress to the sauna when it rained. Customer service were easy to contact and gave advice on this so we will follow their advice and monitor. We had the company build the sauna and were glad we did as it took the two workmen longer than the build time suggested on the site. The men were very professional, tidy and friendly and communicated well with us re their date/time of arrival. We also needed delivery by a certain date and again customer service were very helpful in enabling us to achieve this.
The customer service provided was amazing. There was a mix up with my order (my fault) and they managed to catch the first batch before it went to the courier and have now stored with the second part of the order until we get our groundwork done! I was really stressed as we don't have anywhere to store it and they just couldn't have been more helpful. Totally recommend this company
Superb sauna I can only say how impressed I am not only with the Lux Sauna it self but also the customer service has been first class especially Grace. I did have to wait a little longer than expected for delivery but it was so worth the wait. I self built my sauna using the utube video which was excellent and found it quite easy to build. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend MyoMaster
Wouldn't be without my sauna now. Had an issue and the team resolved it really quickly.
I was a bit intimidated making a purchase at this price point but the team walked me through everything. The delivery was smooth, I opted for the build service, and I've been using it almost daily since. My skin looks better, I sleep better. Really love it.
So pleased I treated myself to a myosauna lux a few months back and couldn't be happier! It's such a great time saver to have a sauna just outside the backdoor and I'm really pleased with the performance. Really good temperatures, easy to set-up and looks great!!!! Thank you Myomaster 😊
Just purchased a myosauna lux and I'm so glad I did! The set up was easy and it heats up so fast. Would highly recommend, very pleased with the product.
Got a infrared Sauna. Took about 3 weeks to delivered. I had contacted them after 2 weeks and they got back to me straight away letting me know that it had been booked for delivery. set up took around 35 mins. Video on the website was very helpful. The sauna is fantastic an amazing piece of kit. I've been in it everyday for a week now.
Absolutely love my infrared sauna. It feels great to use and it’s very therapeutic and good for recovery. Incredible product for the price. I’m so happy with it was a great buy for sure!
I recently converted my garage into a home gym and wanted an indoor infrared sauna as the icing on the cake. I had my eye on this one for a while. It arrived on time and was really easy to build - took no more than 30 minutes! The sauna itself is exactly what I was looking for. As a busy working mum with limited time I love nothing more than a reset in the sauna a couple of times a week, burning my incense, doing my gua sha routine and listening to some guided meditation through the speakers. It really is the ultimate self care treat at home.
I can only say how impressed I am not only with the Lux Sauna it self but also the customer service has been first class especially Grace. I self built my sauna using the utube video which was excellent and found it quite easy to build. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend MyoMaster
I'll be honest, I questioned whether I needed this. Three months on, I can't imagine my life without it. The mental health benefits alone have made it worth every penny. I feel calm, grounded and genuinely well in a way I haven't in years. The quality is exceptional and the service team were a pleasure to deal with throughout. A life-improving purchase.
Bought this as a retirement treat, been using it to socialise and having friends over to sauna together. I set the temperature a bit lower, I'd been seeing so much on the health benefits of the sauna and I love ppping out and having it in the garden.
I've been using saunas for thirty years and the MyoSauna Lux is the best home unit I've owned. The heat quality is consistent, the interior is spacious, and the finish is genuinely premium. At this price it's exceptional value. Customer service was knowledgeable and quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone serious about recovery and long-term wellness.
Assembly was a breeze. took less than a couple hours with no stress. Everything was labelled and precise. I was sitting inside enjoying my firs session the same evening it arrived.
the MyoSauna Lux went together far quicker than expected. The instructions were clear, and two of us had it ready to use in just over an hour. It feels incredibly solid once built, no wobble or cheap parts. Easily one of the smoothest home installs I’ve done
I’ve been struggling with circulation problems in my legs for a while now, and my doctor kept telling me to try things like heat therapy alongside exercise. The biggest win for me is just how much less my legs ache from the lack of circulation, they look healthier as well. I actually look forward to my sauna time every evening. It’s become my little ritual, and I can’t recommend it enough if you’ve got circulation issues or just want to feel healthier overall.
Having had the infrared myo single sauna now for a year I can honestly say it has been one of my best purchases, I am loving using it so much so we have now purchased the myo lux sauna for the whole family to enjoy. The sauna heats up really well and gets really hot and my son has said it’s better than the one he was using at the gym and he had been raving about that! The service from myo has always been excellent so I would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending, we have bought the ice bath and the tub too and all great and so far no issues at all. Many thanks keep up with the fantastic products guys xxx

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our products and services.
The sauna delivers powerful traditional heat, reaching temperatures of up to 100°C. This creates the deep, dry heat associated with an authentic sauna experience—ideal for unwinding, supporting recovery and building a consistent wellness routine.
The wood is treated at high temperatures to change and strengthen its internal structure. This reduces moisture absorption, improves stability and helps protect it against warping or swelling—making it particularly well suited to the changing UK climate.
Yes. Its heat-treated timber and durable construction make it suitable for year-round outdoor use in the UK. We recommend positioning it on a firm, level base and following the supplied maintenance guidance to keep it looking and performing at its best.
You’ll need a solid, level foundation and a suitable electrical supply for the heater. Electrical work should always be completed by a qualified electrician. The exact requirements depend on your chosen sauna model and heater specification.
Allow the interior to air out after every session and wipe down the benches regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals inside the sauna. The exterior timber may also be treated periodically with a suitable protective finish to preserve its appearance.
A Note from Joe & Lottie
MyoMaster started with a simple belief: recovery has the power to change how we feel, move and live.
After the 12th major injury of his rugby career, our co-founder Joe Gray was searching for a better way to recover. So he took apart a power drill, welded on a stool leg and built his own recovery tool.
He took it into the Harlequins dressing room, where the laughter quickly stopped once his teammates tried it. When England international Kyle Sinckler reached for his wallet, we knew we'd created something people genuinely needed.
A conversation with his wife Lottie about how many more people could benefit sparked MyoMaster.
We believe recovery isn't just for elite athletes. It's for anyone who wants to move well, feel good and keep doing the things they love for longer.
Today, thousands of people trust MyoMaster for innovative tools, expert guidance and better recovery, every day.
