How much space do I need around the MyoSauna Lux?
Please leave a minimum of 60cm clearance around the sauna when choosing its position. This allows enough access around the exterior for ongoing timber treatment, maintenance and care.
The sauna should not be installed directly against fences, walls or other fixed structures, as this can prevent the exterior timber from being properly accessed and maintained.
Is the MyoSauna Lux for indoor or outdoor use?
The MyoSauna Lux can be used either indoors or outdoors.
How long does it take to assemble?
The MyoSauna Lux can be assembled in under three hours using our straightforward video guides or our build team will build it for you on the day of your delivery (optional add-on).
What power source do I need?
The MyoSauna Lux needs to be wired directly into your fuse board.

Upgraded to the myofreeze, myochiller bundle from a small entry level ice bath. Love the size which means you can stretch out, great for recovery. The chiller is a game changer especially for the warmer summer months.
These guys are great. I bought the Myomaster chiller a couple of months ago which is a great product and fits well with a barrel I use for cold water dipping. I now have a chilled bath which sits at a nice 5 degrees.

Had the Myo Freeze since Aug 2024. I've had a issues with my bath and a leak at the join. Sides bowed outwards and lid didn't fit properly. I didn't realise the lid issue was a defect until the join started leaking on the I side of the bath. I contacted Myo Customer service and obviously had to send photos and video to show the issues. I tried to fix the join but it wasn't having it. I was sent a replacement straight away. The difference in quality is unreal, the quality is so much better. The lid fits and sides don't bow out. Just wish I realised sooner as I was forever scooping out flys due to the gaps. I use my bath as I have bad arthritis and it really helps me with recovery after running. Im so pleased with the replacement and the customer service was 100%. Thank you Myo

Fantastic!!! Ordered my Myomaster Ice bath and Chiller on a Thursday, it was delivered by the Saturday. Set up and ready to use by Sunday! After 4 years of cold showers / Sea plunges and horrible hot summers. I can finally Ice plunge all year round. I could not be happier with Myomaster products and excellent customer services. I've had the MyoChill and MyoFreeze for a couple of months now and use it nearly every day, sometimes twice. I use mine first thing in the morning as soon as I get out of bed. Temperature now down to 3c and spend 5 minutes relaxing in it. Feel amazing once out and in some warm clothes. Best start to the day. And if I find I have a day working from home, I'll get in it again mid afternoon to see me through the rest of the day and get that energy boost. Far better than a cup of coffee. So easy to set up and amazing how long the water stays clean for. Amazing product at an amazing price. Congratulations Myomaster for a job very well done.

If you like cold dipping you got to get yourself on of these with the chiller unit as well, I've got a setup better than my fancy gym one and paid a fraction of the price.

From the order process, delivery and after care the team have been awesome. On our second clean we couldn’t seem to get it pumping again, text the team on a Sunday afternoon and we got a video call back to help. Turns out it was user error and we had put pump on the wrong way. Nothing has or is too much trouble, great product keeps water super cold at 1 degree and great service. Highly recommend!
Loving my MyoFreeze and MyoChill. The instructions for setup weren't great but followed online video for the setup which was much better. Dealt with Micah regarding a minor support issue that was resolved via email, the support I received was excellent and I can highly recommend MyoMaster for both the product and aftercare.

Great addition as I already had the chiller. I'm 6"2 and can lay down. Whereas other baths I have to really bend my legs. This is a 2 person bath, but if you are taller then get this one.
Love love love my chiller .. had a few problems with it after 10 weeks for buying, A few emails back and forward and replacement sent out within 7 days . Customer service is 5 stars especially a girl called Rachelle. Ave been doing cold water therapy for 3 years wish a had bought sooner .
I ordered myochill and myofreeze and when I received my order they only send me the myofreeze and I’m trying to email costumer services no answer even try to call and leave massage on working hours no response I feel really bad how come nobody answered me yet to fix this I need my myochill to be delivered asp . 👎🏻

Yes. Its heat-treated timber and durable construction make it suitable for year-round outdoor use in the UK. We recommend positioning it on a firm, level base and following the supplied maintenance guidance to keep it looking and performing at its best.
You’ll need a solid, level foundation and a suitable electrical supply for the heater. Electrical work should always be completed by a qualified electrician. The exact requirements depend on your chosen sauna model and heater specification.
Allow the interior to air out after every session and wipe down the benches regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals inside the sauna. The exterior timber may also be treated periodically with a suitable protective finish to preserve its appearance.
