I have recently bought the myoice pro ice bath and myo chill. I absolutely love both products. The ice bath itself is very sturdy and feels like a top quality item. I’m 6”2 and have plenty of space to sit in it and relax. That paired with the myo chill is perfect. The myo chill is very easy to setup and got the water temp down to 5 degrees within hours. I have also been extremely impressed with how quickly their customer services was to reply to my emails, making me feel genuinely valued. Highly recommend using this company in the future.

We are very happy with our ice bath and chiller. Recent issues with the chiller unit have resulted in a replacement chiller being sent out and we would like to thank Jocelyn for great customer service. The process to initiate replacement was quite involved but she dealt with each stage promptly and efficiently and we are looking forward to being able to use our ice bath again.

If I had any complaint it would be that delivery took longer than expected (but was kept informed) and was told the items had shipped together but only one turned up. We brought the MyoIce and Myochill bundle. Communication regarding my order and delivery times (as some of the order would be split) etc were really helpful. When all the parts for the product arrived setting up was pretty straight forward especially using the video on the website (the one that came with the product not so much). We have used this product on most days and since it arrived last Friday and it is amazing, so refreshing, seemed to be able to focus better during the day, daily aches seem to be easing. I can’t recommend it enough
Absolutely love the ice bath. Much better than previous ones I've had, which were much more expensive and less quality. The pump makes huge difference to the water temperature too and means the water doesn't have to get changed as often, which is a bonus!

I had very positive experince with custmer service of Myomaster. I have purchesed the Ice Bath Pro grey. Product is made of good quality, solid material, plesent to use, looking good and I have to truly admit that taking a cool baths was a game changer for how I feel .. calmer and more focus.
Myoice & myochill - purchased as a kit, easy to install & fast to get to temp. I went for 7.5oC. Also noticed on previous reviews about getting sent a £6 B&M step rather than the steps in the kit, after complaining & 8 weeks later I got a set - which were broken in transit. Adding chlorine tablets to the tub extends the clean times - sadly on second clean the chiller stopped chilling, it would chill the chiller but not the tub. Very hard to get a resolution, after much debate I managed to get replacement. Huge thanks to Jocelyn who was very helpful through the whole process.

Fantastic customer service. I purchased an ice bath from Myo Master in July. Everything was great with the product, until a small rip appeared in one of the seams. I emailed the customer support team, with some pictures attached, and had a reply from Grace within 24 hours. She was extremely helpful and organised a replacement ice bath to be sent out to me and I received another notification to say it was on its way. Grace was a fantastic help and really showed what a great brand Myo Master is. Would highly recommend them.
Pros - product is legit, well built, feels premium etc Cons, or atleast areas or improvement - instructions are a little out of date/different to what actually arrived so needed a little more thought and time to put together. Delivery also wasn’t clear as the myochill was delayed but I wasn’t told this until I contacted myo - got there in the end though!

All MyoMaster all our products come with a 1-year warranty.
If you have any issue through normal use during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge, provided it can be returned in it's original boxes.
Sending products back to us is free of charge and we will provide a shipping label where required.
