“Deciding to leave Harlequins was the toughest decision of my life” – Chris Robshaw opens up about his departure from Harlequins after 16 seasons | MyoMaster

He talks candidly about the most amazing moments of his career, how he felt about apologising to the nation after England crashed out of the home World Cup in 2015 and what he really plans to do after he leaves Harlequins at the end of the season.

Robshaw is one of the greatest sportsmen of our generation, not only has he represented his Country over 60 times, he has led from the front as the captain. Famed for his humility and work ethic we grill him on everything from his plans after Rugby to his favourite chat up lines.

He recounts the advice he received from rugby legend Sean Fitzpatrick after the 2015 World Cup: “No matter what happens the sun will always come up”

And talks about what leadership means to him: “What are you doing when no one else is watching? You have to show up as a leader and set the example every single day”

Naturally we also ask him about his favourite ways to recover after training and games.
