Nicknamed ‘The Highland Oak’, Luke quite literally has shoulders for days - able to log lift 221kg/487lbs, a British Record. To give you an idea of Luke’s proportions, he uses The Scraper head on the MyoPro, designed for the largest leg muscles, to warm up his forearms - he’s massive.
