The MyoBands are perfect for strengthening muscles before, during or after workouts.
Selection of resistance levels – there are four resistance levels included in the pack from light to extra-heavy. Heavier bands should be used for larger muscle groups such as the legs or glutes, while lighter bands can be used for muscles that don’t require a heavy load to work them, such as the shoulders.
